1. Service
40 Love Lisbon provides private tennis lessons on a private court at R. Prof. Dias Amado, 1600-613 Lisbon, Portugal.
2. Booking & payment
You book a lesson via this website or by message. Payment happens at the end of each session via MB Way, Revolut or bank transfer. Packs and monthly plans are paid in advance.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24h before the lesson at no cost. Inside that window the lesson counts as taken. Exceptions for force majeure are always discussed directly.
4. Rain & safety
The court is outdoors. If rain or unsafe conditions prevent the lesson, we reschedule at no cost. We try to warn at least 2h in advance.
5. Pack validity
The 5-pack is valid for 90 days; the 10-pack, 180 days. Planned holidays or injury can extend the validity — tell us in advance.
6. Liability
By booking, you confirm you are physically able to participate in a tennis lesson. We are not liable for personal injury arising from existing medical conditions you did not disclose.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon.
