Yes. Roughly half of our students start from zero. The first minutes confirm where you are and the lesson is built from there.
Comfortable clothes and shoes with proper court soles. Rackets and balls stay at the court.
For visible progress, 1× per week is the minimum, 2× is ideal. More than that only with a specific plan.
