2. Data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly when you book a lesson or sign up for an account: name, email, mobile phone, your current tennis level (optional), and an optional goal note. We do not collect cookies for tracking, only the strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in.
3. Purposes & legal basis
Your data is processed (a) to confirm and manage your tennis lessons (contractual basis, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and (b) to comply with legal obligations such as invoicing and tax (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit prior consent.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We use service providers that process your data strictly on our behalf: Neon (database hosting, EU region), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (web hosting). All are GDPR-compliant.
5. Retention
We keep your account and booking data for as long as you have an active relationship with us, and for up to 10 years after the last booking for accounting purposes, as required by Portuguese law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You also have the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
